Louis Gréaud explore les travaux de l’architecte occultiste américain Claude Bragdon (1866-1946). Ses Projective Ornaments proposaient un vocabulaire décoratif susceptible de coïncider avec des modalités d’accès à une conscience élargie de l’espace temps. Astrid Krogh, IKAT III, 2011, Optic fibre, paper yarn 2500 x 2500 mm

'Ikat III' is a light tapestry of paper yarn with organic patterns created in optical fibres. The tapestry alludes the ikat weaving technique, which among other things is characterized by detailed colouring and immense precision in weaving, making it possible to create smooth transitions between patterns. With 'Ikat III' Astrid Krogh interprets the ikat tradition by allowing light to create its own patterns and shapes in indefinable transitions.
